Membership Terms and Conditions
By submitting this membership application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

I understand that answering "Yes" to questions about criminal records or political activities does not automatically disqualify me from membership. The Foundation will assess my application holistically.

I confirm that I am not affiliated with any criminal organization or engaged in criminal activities.

I agree to adhere to the Foundation's Membership Roles and Responsibilities, as well as the Membership Terms and Conditions.

By applying for and obtaining membership with Welcare India Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "WIF", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WIF. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from becoming a member.
2. Membership Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to apply for WIF membership. 2.2 Membership is open to individuals and organizations who support the mission and objectives of WIF.
3. Membership Application
3.1 All applications for membership must be submitted through the official application process, which may include providing accurate and complete personal or organizational information. 3.2 WIF reserves the right to accept or reject membership applications at its sole discretion, without providing reasons for rejection.
4. Membership Benefits
4.1 Members are entitled to the benefits and privileges outlined on the official WIF website or related materials. 4.2 WIF may modify or terminate membership benefits at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members.
5. Membership Fees

7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Members shall adhere to a high standard of ethical behavior, including treating fellow members, volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries with respect and dignity. 7.2 Discrimination, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated within the WIF community.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 WIF will handle personal information provided by members in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 8.2 By becoming a member, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination of Membership
9.1 WIF reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership, with or without cause, if a member violates these terms and conditions. 9.2 Members may also request termination of their membership by providing written notice to WIF.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India Court Hyderabad, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
